Property and Guest Policy

  1. Standard Check-in time - 12:00 pm
    Standard Check-out time ā€“ 10:00 am
    Late check out is on request and is totally dependent upon the availability.
  2. Every guest needs to provide a valid Government Photo ID with address proof at the time of Check -in. The valid IDs for the same can be Aadhar, Voter card, Driving Licence, Passport. Every foreigner guest needs to provide their original Visa and Passport.
  3. The guests who are not staying in the property are not allowed in the rooms, dorms, and the common area. Only the cafeteria of the hostel is Open for All
  4. Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the facility. Smoking is allowed in the designated areas. Substance use is illegal in the state and hence in this facility
  5. Hostel does not provide any room services
  6. Full payment shall be made at the time of Check-In. Hostel receives payment by Card, Cash and Other UPI.
  7. Our Hostel is not pet friendly.
  8. People below 18 years of age are not allowed in the premises.
  9. Being a youth backpackerā€™s hostel, we do not recommend a family to stay.
  10. If the behaviour of a guest is inappropriate and is caught performing any unacceptable actions, it gives a right to the project manager to take any action against the guest. (Can also result in immediate checkout with no refund)
  11. We have 11pm to 7am dedicated as the ā€˜Silent Hoursā€™, as the property is situated in the Bir Tibetan Society.
  12. We do not assure to provide the same dorm to a group of people as it totally depends upon the availability.
  13. Guests need to pay 25% of the total booking amount to confirm their booking. Rest of the payment can be made at the time of Check-in.
  14. Hostel do not take any responsibility for any loss of the guestā€™s luggage and belongings.
  15. Extra mattress can be provided with the additional cost.
  16. Power backup is only in the common areas and not in the rooms.
  17. Guests are liable for any sort of damage done to the property.
  18. Right to admission is always reserved.

Cancellation Policy

  1. We shall provide a 100% refund of the advance booking amount made if cancelled 7 days prior to your arrival date. In all other cases, no refunds shall be made.
  2. Please note - payment of the balance amount will be made at the time of check-in.
  3. The reservations made at the hostel are non-transferable. The guest should be present at the time of check in whose name the booking has been made.
